DEP Slates ' Seminar On Procedures
PRINCETON .— The state Department of Environmental Protection, in cooperation with the New Jersey Alliance for Action, will sponsor a DEP Permits Seminar 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at the Hyal Regency, Rte. 1 and Alex ander Road. ■Hie seminar is to provide instruction in the proper \ procedures for completing and submitting permit applications. It will include a general session, individual workshops, and an open forum. Workshops include CAFRA. wetlands, waterfront development, air quality, water diversion, well drilling, water quality certification, water facilities, sewer extensions, New Jersey Pollution Discharge Elimination v System, solid waste and resource recovery, hazardous waste permits, and transporter licensing.
