soldiers assigned or attached to an infantry unit that has engaged in active ground combat with an opposing force. • He is a 1982 graduate, of Middle Township High School.

Leusner said th at Middle Township will seek intervener status- when- the MUA seeks approval of the tipping fees from the Board of Public Utilities Commis- . sion. He urged the people to attend the bearing before the commission on the landfill tariff. "The MUA is imposing an economic crisis upon the county,” Leusner said. “It’s time we all banded together to call a halt to its profligate ways." The County MUA has advised Middle Township, Leusner said that it must budget $296,000 for tipping fees in 1964 and $415,000 in 1985, which, he said, would bean' economic disaster."
