CAPE MAY - The city library has been-presented with $300 by the Joanne Reagan Dance Studios Of Cold Spring The donation came from the proceeds of the Christmas Boardwalk Fantasy II, presented at Convention Hall. The benefit performance in December initiated the Ghristfhas scholarship fund. The Scholarship, given to a* student who exemplifies exceptional aptitude and excellence in dance studies, was awarded to Charlotte Marsden for outstanding progress in ballet. Charlotte, 9. is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Marsden, Cox Lane. Cold Spring -She is in the

fourth grade at Lower Township Consolidated School. A member of the Apprentice troupe at the studios, she studies. ballet several times a week there and on weekends studies with the Wilkes Barre Civic Ballet in Pennsylavnia. Oiit of Basic NORTH CAPE MAY - Pvt. Mary M. Guest, 'daughter of Susan G. Guest of 110 Apple Blossom Dr., and Gerald R. Guest of Woodstown, has completed basic training at Fort Jackson. S.C. She is a 1981 graduate of Williamstown High School.
