COURT HOUSE - Kathryn A. Willis, county clerk-administrator, accepted a check from Hillary' Hulten of Short . Hills, N.J., who bid $151,100 for 201 Broadway in Cape May through her attorney Louis Dwyer last week. The three-story frame house with its efficiency apartment and detached garage was seized by the county prosecutor during a drug raid in late 1982. The county was asking a minimum $145,000 even though Willis received no bids at that price during an earlier auction on the property. Bidding started at the minimum during last Wednesday’s auction with Dwyer up against George Bradbury. Dwyer’s last offer topped Bradbury's $150,000 by $100. “I’m very pleased,” Willis said of the results of the auction, her first for the county.
