RIO GRANDE - William Sheva will become executive director of the county Office on Aging March 30, succeeding Ann Zahora, who has been director for 17 years. Mrs. Zahora has been named by Gov. Thomas Kean as director of the New Jer#y Division of Aging. She and ha* husband, Joseph, live in Cape M*f and are the parents of five children. Sheva, who has worked closely with the outgoing director for five years as program coordinator and assistant executive director, said that he does not anticipate any changes in existing programs and services. HE RECEIVED his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 1960. He and his wife, Elaine, the parents of six children, live m South Dennis. Freeholder Gerald Thornton also appointed Margaret Spencer as assistant executive director. Ms. Spencer, who has been program coordinator and supervisor of senior centers, was manager of the Stainton Senior Center, Ocean City, 1977-79, and manager of the Airport Senior Center, Erma, 1979-83. MS. SPENCER received her B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1PS2. A resident of Lower Township, she*, has one child.

Rosalie Timmins, who has been with the Office of Aging since 1980, will become program coordinator. Ms. Timmons served with the county Nutrition Program before joining the Office on Again Counseling Service. She received her B.A. from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland in 1955. A resident of North Wik*wood, she has four cfandrcn.
