The candidate also assailed present CommitVILLAS - Earl (Joe) Klinger has announced that his campaign manager will be Harry Weimar, from the Villas and his wife Alice will be his campaign treasurer in his bid for the 1st ward council seat. His priority, he said, will be to seek a qualified manager, who will assist in directing a planned future rather than crisis management and short term planning. Klinger will also focus his attention after his elec tion victory on issues of concern to the Villas as well as the overall township, such as taxes, water problems, landfill cost, and the poor conditions of the roads.

Consortium Courses Set

SEAVILLE — The New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium is offering summer courses in marine science. The courses offered range from one day workshops on special topics and SCUBA certification classes to college level courses in marine biology and marine sciences.
