‘Vial of Life’ Plan *-H Club Project

WEST CAPE MAY - The Odds‘N’Ends 4-H Club has undertaken a “Viai-of^ Life Program" as a Project to help the community. It is part of the club's participation in Colgate’s Help Young American -Campaign. The next of a series of public meetings bn the project will be held 2-1 p.m. Sunday at St. John of God Roman Catholic Church, Town Bank Road, North Cape May. Club 'members will gather information for the vials and explain how the project will work in this

area.

The program is intended to ensure that should a .per son require emergency medical card while home alone, vital health data will be available to rescuers. decal is placed on the front of the refrigerator and

another on the front door.

vWhen emergency personei enter a home, they look for \Uie decal and open the refrigerator to find the information vial which the

Patient has placed there. Thus a patient's special

medical considerations such as age, known diseases, blood type, allergies, doctor's name and other information are available in case the patient is unable to. supply
