RIO GRANDE - A public hearing on the PreExpenditure Report of Social Services Block Grant Funds was slated 1:30 p.m. today in the Conference Room of the Social Services Building, Routes 9 and 47. The hearing is hewing conducted by the Human Services Advisory Council of th$ County. The purpose of the hearing is to allow for increased grass-roots participation in ^ -

the planning process for the expenditure of these monies in state fiscal year 1985, which begins July 1. Input from individual consumers may be oral. Hie advisory council will transmit the results of the county hearing to the Southern "Regional Public Meeting sponsored by the State Department of Human Services April 24 at Camden County Community College.
