Bond Votes Scheduled
AVALON - The Borough Council will bold a special meeting 9:30 a.nt tomorrow to amend the 1964 capital budget and act on two bond ordinances. The council will also act on a resolution to reject bids received March 12 for reconstruction of 28th and 32nd Streets and overlay of Dune Drive from 32nd to 34th Sheets. Another resolution, is to authorize Alvin C. Herman, borough engineer, to prepare plans and specifications for various capital improvements. One bond ordinance will appropriate $965,000 and authorize issuance of $919,000 in bonds or notes for various improvement
