RIO GRANDE - The first section of the detour for Seashore Road/Railrbad Avenue traffic has resumed after being not u^ ed due to weather conditions. Traffic along this route. County Road 626 is being detoured along U.S. Route 9 from N.J. Route 47 to Sally Marshall's Crossing and Breakwater Road. Countv Road 613.
