I Insurance For Motel Operators NORTH WILDWOOD - An insurance plan to pro- . tect motel and hotel owners from fire, liability, property damage and other losses has been adopted by Cape Insurance Center, here for presentation to the approximately 500 members of The Greater Wildwood Hotel and Motel [ Association. The policy, called MoEx, introduced recently by Warwick Insurance Co. of Morristown, guarantees total replacement of motel building and personal property as well as unlimited recovery for loss of income. ACCORDING TO Ernest L. Yarborough. president of Cape Insurance Center, the motel-policy has a unique pricing system based on a single charge per guest room. He added that the policy has no stated property limits of liability and provides what is "believed to be the most comprehensive motel coverage available. W 26, 1984, of •$18,408,000, or $4.56 per share, compared with $11,744,000 or $2.97 per share for the 1982 fiscal year ended Jan 27. previously reported extraordinary gain of $1,381,000. equivalent to $.34 per share, resulting from a nontaxable exchange of long-term debt for equity. Income before the extraordinary gain was $17,027,000. or $4.22 per share. Sales for the year totaled $872,151,000. compared with $822,282, too a year ago, an increase of 6.1 percent.
