Insurance For Motel Operators
NORTH WILDWOOD - An insurance plan to protect motel and hotel owners from fire, liability, property damage and other losses has been adopted by Cape Insurance Center, here for presentation to the approximately 500 members of The Greater Wildwood Hotel and Motel Association. The policy, called MoEx, introduced recently by Warwick Insurance Co. of Morristown, guarantees total replacement of motel building and personal property as well as unlimited recovery for loss of income. ACCORDING TO Ernest L. Yarborough, president of Cape Insurance Center, the motel policy has a unique pricing system based on a single charge per guest room. He added that the policy has no stated property limits of liability and provides what is believed to be the most comprehensive motel coverage available. Cape Insurance Center, Inc.. is located at 303 New Jersey Ave.
