' Tree City' Ceremony On Friday CAPE MAY - A "Tree City USA" flag and other recognition materials will be presented to the mayor and council 10 a.m. Friday in Rotary Park, Lafayette and Decatur Streets. The presentation will be made by members of the city's Shade Tree Commission and State Forestar Jim Haase Commission Chairman Harry Lozour said this is the third year that the city has received this national recognition from the National Arbor Day Foundation. Communities qualify by having a city tree ordinance. a legal tree governing body, an urban forestry program and observance of Arbor Day. The Arbor Day observance will also include^ Brownie Troop 18 under the leadership of Mrs Karen Sacks. The troop^ is donating a tree to be painted in the park during the ceremonies I\o-I\ukes Plan Sunday PicnicJ COURT HOUSE - Members and friends of the Jersey Cape Coalition for Nuclear Disarmament are invited to a "Getting to Know You" picnic at the County Park here Sunday, in shelter 3 at 10 a.m. Beverages and charcoal will be provided.
