Festival Conceit On Friday
WILDWOOD - The annual Wildwood High School
Spring Chora' -estival concert will be hold 7:30 p.m.
i- Friday in the high school i- auditorium, the theme this year is "Going for the gold "-a salute not only to the Olympic champions but to the Beatles, and to Michael Jackson and the Jacksons. The choral groups participating are the Wildwood High School Choir, the Junior High Chorus, and the Glenwood Elementary Choristers. Featured soloists include Tom Lanier, Jackie Juliano, Ron Patten, Jackie Romaine, Bonita Hall, Chris Bryant, Irene Grivas, Brenda Clark, Darryl Diggs, Cathy O'Neill, and Steve Ortiz. Dancers include Lisa Orr, Torey Harris, Chan Button, Dewayne Kent, Ada Crawley, Angela Cotellese, and Eddie Arroyo.
On Exhibit During May STONE HARBOR - The works of seven artists will be on exhibit at the William Riis Galleries, Second Avenue, beginning May 4. Scheduled for showing May 4-15 are works by: Lance Balderson, Somers Point, watercolors; Jacqueline Chesley, acrylics; lien Garon, mixed media; and Greg Hafer, pastel. Another exhibit, May 19-June 5, features : Dennis Frings, mixed media; Donald Sam Sneeder, mixed media, and Dot Woodall, acrylics.
A Weighty Seminar COURT HOUSE - Aimed at helping those with chronic weight problems, a seminar entitled "Food, Fat and Fitness" will be held at the county Health Department Saturday and Sunday, conducted by Mary-AJice White, R.D. ♦ There will be a fee payable to the Seventh Day Adventists to cover the cost of the program.
