LOCKHART. TURNER, and Koknar were elected delegates to the State Society and Aux iliary Convention in Atlantic City May 4-6. Art work Mrs. Borisow and Mrs. Shah Chaudhry will be exthere. Thp auxiliary will also enter a yearly events poster and its scrap book auxiliary gives two> nurses scholarships annually to county high school graduates. A bus trip and a supper theatre at House helped raise money for the scholarships Mrs. Koknar was appointed chairman of the Scholarship committee. The auxiliary will eye screen kindergarten children for amblyopia 9. Four auxiliary members work as nurses in their husband's offices. Several do part-time nursing in Burdetle Hospital. Many do volunteer work in the hospital.
GOP Plans \ Fund Fete COURT HOUSE - Freeholder candidates Gerald Thornton and Chuck Frederick and Sheriff candidate James Plousis. running as the Cape May county Regular Republican candidates, have announced a fundraising event. The fund-raising dinnerdance will be held Sunday, May 20 at Wildwood Convention Hall. Dinner is scheduled at 7:45 p:m . with a cocktail reception to precede it and dancing to follow. Helene Mace, state committeewoman, was named chairman of the event, sponsored by the committee to elect Plousis. Thornton and Frederick.
Convention NORTH WILDWOOD - The Knights of Columbus New Jersey State Convention will be held iff Wildwood for the second consecutive year. May 11 to 13, hosted by Council 2572. | Style Show By Sealions AVALON — The creations of Moana will be featured at the annual spring fashion show given by the Stone Harbor Lions Club Ladies Auxilary.
