Boards Join In Pooled Insurance TRENTON - Two Cape May County school , districts are among the 100 which have joined the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA) Insurance Group. They are Cape May City and Stone Harbor. The first program of its kind in the [state, the NJSBA Insurance Group provides member districts with self-insured workers' compensation coverage and property and liability insurance at significant savings over standard commercial policies.
