ChapI man, general manager of I the Cape May-Lewes I Ferry. Ferry traffic for April, I 1984, was 16,708 vehicles ' and 43,548 passengers compared to 14,434 vehicles and 36,657 passengers for April, / 1983, an increase of ' 15.8 percent for vehicles and 18.9 percent for passengers.
