Calif. » » • DURING ITS regular meeting last week, township committee postponed final action on Ordinance 84-12, an amendment to the zoning code which, if adopted, will virtually exclude adult entertainment businesses in Lower. Approved on first reading April 23, the proposed ordinance was awaiting review by township planners and will be reconsidered by township committee "hopefully by next meeting (May 28)," Bieberbach said. A BLUE RIBBON in front of Township Hall. Villas, will mark Lower's observance Friday of National Missing Children's " Day. The Foundation to Find and Protect New Jersey's Children asked Bieberbach to display the ribbon to demonstrate township concern for abducted children.
