Cape May County's Office on Aging recently held its Art Exhibition and Contest at the County Library in Court House Entries were judged in categories and winners will proceed to compete in the New Jersey Senior Citizens Annual Juried Contest in August at Edison State College. Tren ton Bobbie Brown, public relations coordinator for the exhibit, showed me some real pieces of work from a watercolor of the Lobster House in Cape May to an oil of the Brooklyn Bridge One artist submitted a collection of greeting cards reminiscent of the seasonal changes of the shore area * Many of these local artists chose jetty ocean views, beach chines *and country homes as their subjects The winning pain - tings will be on display at the library throughout the month of June • • • The County Library will be the setting of a program on' Sudden Infant Death Syndrome Sponsored by the Southern Regional Office of the American Lung Association and the Christmas Seal People It will be held Wednesday.
