LOWER POLICE arrested 25 adults and 13 juveniles while i n - vestigating 308 criminal complaints last month including 14 burglaries. 35 larcenies and 25 acts of vandilism. The force logged 41,103 miles on 1.839 calls and 1.221 property Checks Police arrested four drunk driving suspects, handle^ 60 traffic accidents and issued 92 tickets.
