UCI Law Topic of Seminar NORTH WILDWOOD - A seminar on the newly reformed unemployment compensation laws of New Jersey will be sponsored by the county Chamber of Commerce 10 a.m. tomorrow at the North Wildwood Motel Association Building. 7th and New Jersey Avenues here Frederick C. Kniesler. assistant commissioner of labor, will explain the new UCI reforms and answer questions The seminar is open to all county business owners and operators;- and there is no registration or entrance fee. Kniesler helped draft the new UCI law, which has many changes affecting resort and seasonal employes. It also increases for a two-year period the employers' unemployment tax by imposing a 10 per cent surtax on employer contributions beginning Julyl. The Chamber's Legislative Affairs Committee, headed by Craig Garrabrant. is sponsoring the workshop.
