MAC Stage To Present 42 Shows CAPE MAY - The Victorian grounds of the Physick Estate on Washington Street will be the site of a series of 42 theatrical performances by the MidAtlanlic Stage, a professional, non-profit summer theater in residence at the MidAt tantic Center for the Arts. The Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts, the primary mover of historic preservation in Cape May. has encouraged the MidAtlantic Stage, which completed its premiere season last summer. to continue to enter tain the Cape May regional residents and visitors with a professional outdoor summer theater on an annual basis. LAST SUMMER, three plays totaling 37 performances. were hosted'at the Physick Estate by the MidAtlantic Stage. This summer Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap. which just complete its 30th consecutive year/running in London; ffie /world premiere of the^ni|iisical. What's Ito p Name, and "Wildef, Wflder & Voider." a trilogy of Thornton Wilder's e>tpjre^i>ndf the simplicity of American life, will be presented. Patrons are urged to bring a beach chair or blanket to the stage behind the Physick Estate. Friday night is Family and Date Night with special discounts available.
