Courts Will Need 9 Rental Space in '85

HE POINTED OUT that Atlantic City, with a similar problem, moved its courts fo the old Atlantic City Electric Building. Freeholder James S. Kilpatrick Jr. said there may be some advantages from having both construction jobs at the same time. Kilpatrick said the county has no choice but to move the courts operations out of the courthouse while work is going on because there will be "jackhammers and noise and dust. " If that distracted a jury, Kilpatrick said, there would always be the possibility that a defendant could later claim "he didn't , get a fair trial." Kilpatrick ought to know. He's a lawyer.

Recycling Program Started CAPE MAY - A voluntary t residential recycling program is now in progress in the city, it has been announced by the county Municipal Utilities Authority. Resitrents are asked to separate aluminum and glass items and place them in separate reusable containers labeled with a recycling sticker. Pickups will take plaee every other week on Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays according to the three routft in the city. To obtain Their route number and schedule, residents are asked to call the Recycling Hotline at 884-8411. • Should there be inclement weather on the pickup date, householders are asked to save their recyclables for the next pickup date.

RR Crossing Repairs Set TRENTON - The Department of Transportation has announced that crews from Conrail will begin rehabilitation of the Tuckahoe — Mt.
