Fireworks ^ Scheduled On Holiday WILDWOOD - The evening sky tomorrow will be ablaze with fireworks off the Wildwood beach, according to Vic DiSylvester, chairman of The Wildwood Tourism Development Council. The fireworks display j will be arranged by Zambelli, the leader in the field. It will be held on the beach in the vicinity of Schellenger Avenue at 9 p.m. tomorrow. "TheWildwood Tourism Development Council is sponsoring the event for the entire Wildwoods" DiSylvester stated. "OTHER RESORT areas have kept the traditions of capping off July 4 with fireworks. It goes hand in hand with the holiday and, . visitors look forward to this • type of festivities. The Wildwood Tourism i council consists of DiSylvester, Ray Martin, Emma Jackson, Joseph Salerno and Bob Bowman. I They have met almost I weekly to put together new l tourism promotions.

Big Band Series Set OCEAN CITY - The Hal Davis Big Band will be featured at a dance series to be held 8:30-12:30 p.m. every J^Wiursday at the OceanCity Pier, sponsored by the Ocean City Exchange Club to benefit child abuse prevention programs. The Hal Davis Orchestra was formed four years ago at the request of the owner of the Deauville Inn in Strathmere, where the band has been performing each summer since. IT SPECIALIZES in authentic Big Band music of the 30s. 40s and 50s, but also performs Dixieland. Top 40s tunes, and a variety of other types of pop and dance music. In addition to the Ocean City series, the band will be performing on the BoardSwalk in Sea Isle City July 25, at the Bandstand in Cape May Aug. 28, and the Doctors of Rhythm, its DixIieland contingent, in the County Park, Court House, Sept. 5.
