News Klotes from The Cape Mays Dolly Stango

She's justVll years old. Birthday festivities started with a luncheon for all her friends at the Peter Shields Restaurant on Beach Drive in Cape May. Then rides for all in the horse and carriage buggy, then games

and prizes. The proper * dress for the party was anything from "ole times!' (like perhaps 1950s). Many were looking in their mothers' closets for one of her evening growns. When we think of the "ole time" party we think the 1900s. Not so with Bessie Andy. She thinks it all ahppened not too long ago! Proud parents are Fo Fo and Gus Andy of the LaMer Motel. Younger sister^ Vivian and Maria .also were L, dressed accordingly, and needless to say, it will be a party long remembered for Bessie. "Y COCKATAIL PARITY to' "christen" the ultra white limousine whickjjShirley Stiles has added toner service brought many friends in town and out of town too. Gwen Fritz of the Atlas Restaurant saw to it that all went smoothly and some of those having a good time were Loretta Tretina, Rita Dembowski, Terry Caniz, Joe Barker and Louis Pron ( of the Penny wises publication), Henryt Needles and wife, Nancy ' (owners 6f the Hi Roller Taxis)", Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Johnson of West Cape May: Natalie Neal, Barbara and Chester Freels, Eloise Rauscher. all of Cape May; Bruce Bourne from Baltimore, Md., Tom and Barbara Pierce of Upper Grandview, N.J. Best of all was chauffeur - extraordinaire of the deluxe limo on display outside, Henry Hunt, handsome in his white suit and cap to match the magnificant limo. To top it all was the huge bouquet attahced to the front of the limo just to show it was all authentic in every respect. IT'S NOT every family that can boast of "graduation diplopias by the family-load", but that's just how it was > for the daughter of Nancy and Mike Tronco o( Cape May. to explain it even more, Nancy's daughter, Lisa Dopirak, received her master's degree in human service administration from a New Haven branch of Antioch New England Graduate School. She is a department coordinator at . Mohegna Community College. Hubby, Bill Dopirak, was graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business administration 4 from Eastern Connecticut State University. He ii a regional representative for a Boston-baped medical technology firm. Their daughter. Kelly, was graduated from the University of Connecticut. Another daughter, Karen, from St. Bernard High School, son, Bill Jr., from Mohegan Community Col- ~ lege, and just so no one was an "under graduate", the family's pet dog made it through obedience school thereby acquiring a diploma for his room too! How did they celebrate, all the graduations and1 diplomas? Byu just having v

one long paryty, where I friends of all were invited, and thus making it come true: i.e., "the family that graduates together. ..stays togfether!" • • •
