Bill Hits At Drug Money WASHINGTON. DC - Emphasizing the need to apply a tourniquet to the flow of drug money out of the country," House Crime Subcommittee JChairman Bill Hughes 1D-NJ1 and House Banking Subcommittee Chairman Joseph Minish i D-N'J ) offered, and the Crime Subcommittee has approved the Money Laundering Penalties Act of J 984.
