REMARKS: What do the Philadelphia Phillies think they are doing telling us that Paul Owens will be back next season as manager? This move puts the appointment of John Felske on hold for at .least another season The Phils gave up the only baseball mind in the dugout last year in Bobby Wine to groom Felske for the top job. Having a chance to see the Phillies often over the past two weeks. I'm convinced that Owens lacks imagination and the ability to make the tough decision Those decisions were made for him by Wine last year.
