CAPE MAY - Law's Printing finished the season with a 28-4 in National League njen's softball record to capture its second straight regular season championship. Law's ended the season on a sour note as it dropped its final game to the much improved Ugly Mug team 7 to 6. Earlier in the week Law's downed league rival Burke Builders 7 to 4 as Kevin Sherman iced the
game for them when he stepped up to the plate in the top of the ^h and blasted a two-run hohper. BURKE Builders improved their record to 24-6 with two wins this past week. On Monday Burke's downed Capt. Sig's 12 to 4 as Rick Burke connected for four hits. On Wednesday Burke pounded Eckel's Diesel 21 to 6 as Jim Riddle collected four hits. The Pirate's Den notched two wins this week to up its
• record_ to 16-13. On Friday i the Den downed Capt. Sig's I 8 to 3 as Ken Johnson hit two home runs. The Pirate's Den then defeated i Atlas Motor Inn Wednesday by the score of 16 to 9. Doc's Custard continued its winning ways as it edged Bayshore Lounge on Monday 11 to 9 as Larry Hughes cracked a threerun home run.
