Bv FLORENCE L.I) c HEAL 5 My family are dessert 5 eaters, so ' must have a r dessert for lunch and din c ner daily I' is great when j you can serve melons. 3 blueberries and strawber I nes but Lhe-e is a limit, so here are a few others I fall back on DELICIOUS LEMON J PUDDING 1 tablespoon melted butter ' 4 tablespoons sugar 1 2 eggs, separated Grated rind and juice of I c lemon i I cup milk s Mix together butter. v sugar, beaten egg yolks. c grated rind and juice Add s milk and fo'd in beaten egg t whites Put in baking dish s or custard cups and bake in c pan of hot water about 30 f minutes in 325-degree oven LITTLE BIT 2 OF HEAVEN * i I pound marshmallows s. I 17 or can Royal Anne Cherries, drained y4 pound salted almonds 1 pint whipping cream Sherry Cut marshmallows and j cherries irto pieces Chop " almonds. \dd these three ingredient^ to creaig after t it has been whipped. Add sherry to taste Place in i refrigerator until ready to j serve. Serve scraped ice with pineapple chunks, strawberries, bananas or oranges , £RE AM PUFFS y cup butter i cup boiling water t cup flour 4 medium eggs Melt butter in the boiling water Add flour all at once Stir vigorously Cook until mass adheres to spoon. Remove from stove ; add eggs one at a time. Beat mixture after each egg is added. Drop by heaping teaspoons on a greased sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 450-degrees Cool; split and fill.
