Historic Tour Set RIO GRANDE - According to Executive Director Bernice H. Gordon, Cape Human Resources, Inc. will sponsor a trip to Historic Philadelphia, Saturday, Sept. 22. The bus will leave the Social Services Parking lot (corner Routes 9 and 47) at • 8:30 a.m. At 10:30 a.m. ft will arrive in Philadelphia at Grass House, where Colonial costumed guide will lead an adventure back into history. The tour will visit Carpenters Hall, the City Tavern, Independence Square with Congress Hall and the Liberty Bell and a tour of Olde City. Lunch (optional) will be at H.A. Winstons-Front Street near Head House Market. The bus will make stops t at Penn's Landing, the Afro-American Museum and the Bourse Building, and the Gallery for a f freetome outing-3 to 5:30 p.m. Price includes tour and transport Space is limited.
