A new Handbook of Trade and Technical Careers and Training, listing over 700 accredited postsecoodary .trade and technical schools, is nowavailable at no charge from the National Association of Trade and Technical Schools. The free handbook lists 98 careers one can train for in two years or less. Descriptions of each career and the length of time required to train for each are also included in the Handbook. THE HANDBOOK is an excellent source for people

trying to discover and identify potential career opportunities. It provides information on career planning, how to choose a career and a career school, and the importance of accr«iitation to the student. The handbook also features: career questions and answers; addresses and telephone numbers for accredited trade and technical schools across the country; a list of free career planning publications; mailback cards to contact individual schools about courses, admission requirements, and training programs.
