State Postpones Sports Physicals

TRENTON - Changes in state requirements concerning pre-participation physicals for student athletes have been placed "on hold" for one year, according to state education department officials. However, according to Assistant Commissioner Cummings Piatt, the term "comprehensive medical exam" has not been satisfactorily defined. Tfce department, in consultation with medical experts, will develp such a definition in time for local district 1985-86 budget preparations. For 1964-85, then, SDOE advises school districts to follow the same procedures as used in previous years for pre-participation Pressure Clinic WILDWOOD - A Blood Pressure Clinic is sponsored by the Cape May County Health Department every Wednesday at the Wildwood Community I Center 115 W.
