Victorian Dinner , Concert in Store

CAPE MAY - One of the high points of this year's Victorian Week will be the Glorious Victorian Dimnr and Concert, scheduled the/ 8-11 p.m. Saturday. The public is cordially invited to attend this ultimate in elegant entertainment. The Glorious Victorian Dinner and Concert will be held in the setting of the Christian Admiral Hotel. Beach Drive at Pittsburgh Avenue. Finished in 1908 in high Neoclassical style, the hotel contains Cape May's grandest interior spac^eomplete with mar-_J)l®-"6olumns and stainedglass dome. HORS D'OEUVRES and punch will be served in the magnificent Lobby, while the formal dining room will

easily accommodate 350 guests for a buffet dinner. A gourmet feast will be the" centerpiece of this ^ glamorous affair. Prepared by Creative Catering, the dinner's featured entrees will include Chicken Fillets au Sauce Supreme and Noisettes of Tenderloin of feeef a la Burgundy. Iii addition to Imperial Salad and Rice Pilaff, guests will be able to choose from such enticing vegetable offerings as Gar-den Peas a la Vinaigrette, Viennese Carrots with Horseradish Sauce, and Hot Curried Fruit. bons, along with coffee and tea. THROUGHOUT the evening, entertainment will be provided by the H.B. Smith Cornet Band and "Rancocas Punch." Under the direction of Robert R. Moore, these Smithville performers have delighted Cape May audiences over the years with their spirited.renditions oClVictonan and popular favorites. Dress is optional.
