North Wildwood. and parts of Middle and Lower Townships in a. proceedure which will last six weeks and was begun yesterday The fire hydrants _ are flushed semi-annually"""to clear the water system of rusty water and to maintain the city's water quality according to state standards. Customers should be prepared for rusty water and periods of low pressure and are advised to avoid parking cards in low areas during the flushing program, said Robert Be bee. director of the water utility.

2 Students At Dance Festival COLD SPRING - Two young students of the Joanne Reagan Dance Studios here recently attended the three-day Festival Ballet in Providence, R.I. They are Charlotte Marsden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Marsden, and Melissa Souder,- 10. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Souder, of Cold Spring. They were accompanied by their mothers, Mrs. Charlotte Marsden and Mrs. Carolyn Souder. Charlotte was the recipient of the 1983 Christmas scholarship /rom the Wilkes Barre Civic Ballet in Pennsylvania in January, 1984. Melissa, who has also attended classes at the Wilkes Barre Civic Ballet, recently was awarded the Ernestine.
