TOWNSHIP COUNCIL will hear charges against Leider Enterprises Inc., owner of Parker's Liquor Store. Bayshore Road at Delaware Avenue, Villas, during a special meeting tonight at 7 in Township Hall, 2600 Bayshore Road. Villas. Action may be taken during Uie meeting, according to TOwnship Clerk Claudia R. Kammer. The liquor store is charged with delivering alcoholic beverages to minors, Township Solicitor Bruce Gorman confirmed. • MANAGER JAMES R Stump has invited Lower's ocean and bayfront beach owners' to 'a private meeting Oct. 19 to discuss the ramifications of possible municipal acquisition of the beaches. "A lot of individual" beach owners would be involved in talks besides large property owners like builder Carl Mitnick and , Realtor Herman Tolz, Stump explained. The township owns very little of the bayfront beach, from Del Haven to Cape May Point, or the oceanfront between The Point and Cape May. that resort and Wildwood Crest. Stump called the meeting to avoid beach acquisition in a "patchwork" fashion, he told the audience at council's regular meeting last week. Under the discussion next week, he said Friday, will be "the" whole beach of Township from the Atlantic to the Delaware Bay." Tolz has already told the township he's interested in donating the 14-block beach owns between Cox Hall and Del-View Road. V l trcr. miu ltcj-vicw nudu.
