Mrs. Sam DeVico, Dr. Raymond Messick, D.C., i Wildwood entertainer George Gerity and Ms. Karel Mondi, Monroeville, Pa. were present. Simonetti is a senior Member of the engineering staff at RCA's Missile and Surface Radar in Moorest%wn, and a professional part-time musician appearing in many nightclubs in Cape May County, and free-lancing with several society bands in and around the Philadelphia area. The bride-to-be is employed at the Messick Chiropractic Clinic hoe. A Victorian wedding in Cape May is planned for November, and the couple will reside in Court House

Commended Students NORTH WILDWOOD - Two seniors at Wildwood Catholic High School have been designated Commended Students in the 1985 Merit Program. They are Alan J. Dietsch and Constance Gigliotti. Both, said Sister Marie Rudegeair, principal, placed in the top five percent of over a million participants in the 30th annual competition The qualifying test scores of the 35,000 Commended Students named nationwide were high, but were slightly below the level for semifinalist standing in the competition for 5,500 Merit Scholarship^ to be awarded in 1985 T>y the National Merit Scholarship Corp.
Boro Council Meets Thurs. AVALON — Borough Council will hold a special meeting at 10 a.m. tomorrow to consider hiring a consulting engineer to improve the resort's communications system. The session will be held in council's meeting room, Borough Hall, 3100 Dune Drive.
Course Set InjCardiac Support COURT HOUSE - A weekend course in Advanced Cardiac Life Support is being offered by Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital and Emergency Medical Specialty Services, Inc. Approved by the New Jersey Heart Association, the course will be held in the hospital inservice classroom Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 10 and 11.
