Students Stage Mock Convention
COURT HOUSE - A mock campaign convention • took place recently at Middle Township ElementarySchool in Mrs. Audry Spauiding s classroom, as students portrayed the presidential candidates, their running mates and supporters file fifth graders spoke out on such issues as nuclear arms control, peace talks with the Soviets, balancing the

2 Projects Considered BURLEIGH - Xi Beta Tau sorority, at a recent meeting at the home of Cheryl DeScala here, discussed two service projects. They are; adopting a grandparent and staging a drive for books to be donated to a local library and to Burdette Tamlin Memorial Hospital. > The group is also assembling a Thanksgiving i basket to be given a needy I family. t A casino trip to Caesar's I in Atlantic City was held by the sorority Oct. 25.
