TCiere's still much to do in Cape May! Cape May County Art League, located in the Carriage House on the Physick Estate, 1050 Washington St., is having its Annual Christmas Bazaar. There'll be lots of goodies, handmade items, arts, crafts, and stocking stuffers. It's Nov. 23rd and 24 starting at 10 a.m. For more details call 884-8628. Saturday, Nov. 17, 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., is the Third Annual Spaghetti Dinner to help raise funds for the West Cape May Christmas Parade. It's tp be held at the Godmother's Restaurant, Perry and Broadway. Delicious food in a delightful setting. Make sure to get yotu1 tickets Now! ALSO TO HELP raise funds for the West Cape May Christmas Parade is the annual Hoagie Sale Saturday, Nov. 24th. Locations are the Acme Market, Cape May, and the Borough Hall,. 732 Broadway. Hoagies will be made by the ''hoagie specialist", George Arscott, who puts in all the very finest Italian cold cuts, including Prosciutto. Anyone wanting tickets for both the spaghetti dinner and hoagie safe are asked to call 884-1 005J 884-4748 and ,884-2727. \ e r» It's going to be just a straight penny party — no tombola — coffee, tea and homemade cakes for dessert, Tuesday, Dec. 4, at Victoria n Towers auditorium starting at noon. The party is sponsored by the Altar and Rosary Society of Our Lady Star of the Sea. Teresa Banscher, vice-president, is chairperson for this event. Do help Teresa by donating whatever you think might help to' make this event a success. Everyone has some little items they are not using. Perhaps you've two of something. Just let us know by calling 884-8141. If necessary, arrangements can be made to pick up articles offered. IS THERE anyone who can make Rosaries? Your knowledge and expertise along this line is needed for a very worthy cause . Every \ other year the Diocese of j Camden has its Pilgrimage to the National Shrine of \ the Immaculate Conception in Washington. The next pilgrimage is scheduled for Oct. 5th 1985. Our Lady of the Sea Cliurch was represented at the last one with two full busloads of men and women desiring to attend this very memorable pilgrimage, and as most of us know, thousands of Rosaries are given to all who attend as sourvenirs. Now we must start to prepare for the 1985 pilgrimage by starting to make these Rosaries. If you can offer your help in any way, perhaps give instructions on how to make them or if you know of anyone who can, please call the rectory at 884-5311.
