Concert To Help Deborah AVALON — The spirit of Christmas will be present at Community Hall Saturday, Dec. 1. The Angelus Chorus, under the direction of Sherman D. Scull, will present its third annual "The Spirit of Christmas" concert here beginning at 8 p.m. The concert is sponsored by Upper Cape Chapter of Deborah Hospital in cooperation with the Ava'on Performing Arts Committee. TICKETS WILL be available from members of the Deborah Upper Cape Chapter, the Avalon Performing Arts Committee and at the door the evening of the concert. Following the one hour concert of seasonal music, a short social get-together with wine and crackers will be held for all participants. The refreshments are included with each ticket. Avalon Community Hall is located at 30th Street and the beach. Senior Gub To Hear Sheva CAPE MAY - The Cape May Senior Citizens Club will meet 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, in the auditorium . of Victorian Towers. William Sheva, in charge i of social services of the county department of aging, will be the speaker. He will talk on the prevention of illness and the promotion of good health Casino Trip RIO GRANDE - The Cape May County Unit of ' the American Cancer Society will sponsor a bus trip to Harrah's Marina Casino, Atlantic City, Thursday, Dec. 6. The bus will leave Rio Mall at 5:15 p.m. and Wildwood City Hall Parking Lot at 5:30 p.m. Call 886-1154 for reservations and information.
