Hurley was principal speaker and he spoke on what was being done for the aged with casino revenues. He said that transportation needs for the elderly and infirm were the best in this state, that 200 indigents were subsidized completely, both meals on wheels and home nursing care and provided. We have 900,000 senior citizens in this state, second only to Florida in the nation. His most exciting statement was that he is pursuing an effort, aided by Asslemblyman Guy F. Muziani from Wildwood, to abolish inheritance taxes in New Jersey! Wow — £hat that wouldn't do for our property owners!
