Our reporting that inquiries were on a 15-year decline for the Greater Wildwoods brought numerous responses with an equal number of solutions to the problem. It looks as if a goodly portion of this winter's resident activity will be participation in various programs to highlight the offerings of the Wildwoods during the season. In the promotional vein, two new developments have surfaced this week and each promises to offer the Greater Wildwoods a great deal of national and international exposure. THE PUBLISHERS of the Mid-Atlantic States Travel Guide have asked this writer to contribute two full-length feature articles on the Wildwoods. This established traveler's guide has a circulation of 150,000 and its featuring the Wildwoods should be an excellent promotional opportunity for the resorts of Wildwood, North Wildwood, and Wildwood Crest. Already input has been offered by George Yensick from the North Wildwood Tourism Commission and Leo Giuliano of the Wildwood Crest Tourism Commission. ALSO, North Wildwood seems to be the site selected by Brent Probin-

sky for the construction of an International Tourism Pavilion. It is Probinsky's intention to construct a $22 million dollar complex in North Wildwood which will feature shops, restaurants, and tourism offices from approximately 20 Caribbean and Latin American countries.

I have had the pleasure of working with the Probinsky family with the Sosua Beach Hotel and Casino project in the Dominican Republic and in that capacity I have seen the preliminary work for the International Pavilion and it promises to be an outstanding tourism

development with international attention. Formal presentation to the North Wildwood officials will take place in May, 1985. The proprietor of the | Greater Wildwoods oldest / casino limousine service is \ ' tying the knot! Nick I Paglione of Lion Limousine | has announced his engagement, to Barbara Dincber. Both are Wildwood Crest residents and it looks as though April, 1985, will be the month to remember as they tie the knot!
