| Events Include Art Sale

COURT HOUSE - The I Cape May County Chapter I of the American Red Cross I will hold its Christmas I weekend celebration starI ting with an invitational art I show and sale on Saturday, I Dec. 15 in the old court. Selections from over a

dozen area artists will be displayed. A craft show with Christmas items, wreaths and gifts will fill the hall in the Methodist church starting at noon. From 5 to 7 p.m. a down home country chicken dinner will be served with all the trimmings, including homemade desserts. Dinner prices are $5 for adults. $3 for children. On Sunday, Dec. 16, the streets will be alive with strollers visiting stately old homes decked out in holiday attire for the second annual Old Homes Tour.

From country farmhouses to impressive Victorians, from the 18th century to the 20th, loce! people will be opening their homes. In the evening, United Methodist Church will open its doors to host the community at Handel's Messiah, directed by LaNetta Desrosiers and played by organist Debra Dil worth. Tickets for all events are available from the Cape May County Red Cross at 10 North Main St. or phone 465-7382.
