RECALL ELECTION — Mayor Earl Ostrander, left, and Council President Victor DiSylvester clash Tuesday in the Wildwood mayoralty recall election. Ostranger unseated DiSylvester's running mate, Assemblyman Guy F. Muriani, in May last year. Now the council chief is trying to unseat the mayor. Voters answer a public question on whether Ostrander should be removed from office, then vote for him or his opponent.
