Home Care Observance Under Way RIO GRANDE - National Home Care Week is being observed through Saturday by the Jersey Cape Visiting Homemaker Service, Inc. "In an era of skyrocketing health care costs, home care offers an excellent alternative to institutional care," commented M. Ann Magee of the homemakers' service.
