S&L Goes Mobile During Renovation , AVALON - Renovating and modernizing Sturdy Savings and Loan's office at 2728 Dune Drive is proceeding on schedule, according to John Armour, president. Beginning Jan. 7, a mobile finance unit will open at the site to provide full lobby services during the rest of the^enovations. Construction will be completed by April 1, Armour said. When finished, there will be drive-up service, safe deposit boxes and a night depository. The Avalon office opened in 1971. Renovations began the first week in December to enlarge and modernize the service area, plus. offices on both floors, as well as the employe lbunge.

Operating Computers CAPE MAY - The Civic Affairs Department is offering a new Computer Course in its winter recreation schedule. Radio Shack TRS-80 computers will be utilized in this introductory course in the fundamentals of computer operation. The course is geared to those individuals with little or no knowledge of computes. It will be held at the Lower Township Elementary School District. Those with questions are asked to call the Department of Civic Affairs at 884-8411, ext. 20 or 27.
