OCEAN CITY - The Atlantic City Chapter of the American Guild of Organists will present David Chalmers, first runner-up in the National Guild student competition, 1984, in a solo organ recital 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at St. Peter's United ' Methodist Church, 8th Street and Central Avenue. He received his Bachelor' of Music degree in organ and piano performance, summa cum . laude, from Westminster Choir College in 1982. He is enrolled in the Doctor of Musical Arts at. the

Eastman School of Music. He was the winner of the New Jersey MTNA collegiate piano competition in 1980 and was awarded the Fenn Piano Scholarship
