Evening Program To Start
WILDWOOD - The city's Evening Activities Program, a community service of the board of education, will begin its Winter 1985 semester Monday, Jan. 21 and Thursday, Jan. 24. v. Over 35 classes are being offered on Monday and/or
Thursday nights, including many continuing favorites /for leisure pursuits, hobbies, practical courses, and career -oriented courses. The Evening Activities Program offers pre para: t ton classes to students who want to take the GED test for a high school diploma. These are offered at no charge on Monday and Thursday nights. The Evening Program is also a GED testing centery testing is conducted monthly. Fagan, 25 W. 25th St., was graduated from Shippensburg University, Pennsylvania, at commencement exercises last month. His majors included radio, TV, and film. He had completed his degree program in August. Airman Goes To Lowry AFB ERMA — Airman "Kenneth L. Lafevre, son of Lawrence K. Lafevre of Woodhaven, Mich., and Ann M. Cheatie of Route 9 here has been assigned to Lowry Air Force Base, Colo., after completing Air Force basic training.

COMPUTERS are featured this semester, with five different courses to address many different interests in the computer field. Software courses on spreadsheets, data base management, and word processing are all new offerings. For those with some programming experience, there is Computer Uses in the Home. In addition, Programming For Beginners is again being offered. Another new feature this semester is a Behind the Wheel driving course. Of continuing interest is the Lifeguard program, a combination of three courses which results in lifeguard certification for pools under 1,000 square feet. FOR THE HIGH school student bound to college, there is an SAT Preparation course, which will help students prepare for the College Board English and Math Scholastic Aptitude Tests. A student willing to work hard at home will be able to derive great benefits from this course. Registrations wiU be taken in the Wildwood High
