Winter Classes CAPE MAY - The city will offer another exercise class and a seven-week class in Ballroom Dancing as part of its Winter Recreation Schedule. The dancing course will start in February and will be available to couples and singles. Instructor Dot Burns will teach all of the classic ballroom steps - foxtrot, waltz, cha-cha. rhumba and jitterbug. P.M. Exercise classes are also part of the winter program, starting in January. Dancing experience is not a prerequisited in order to participate in the class The new instructor will be Janice Kellaway. Janice is a -physical education graduate from Wesley College in Delaware. She is also A.M. Exercise, Aqua Aerobics and Super Saturday instructor, and coaches the City Swim Team. The P.M. Exercise classes will be held Monday and Wednesday 5-6 p.m. for beginners and 6-7 p.m. for advanced students. Owens, son of Dennis L. Ladonna C. Owens of 16 Beverly Townbank. was graduated from Coast Guard recruit training.
