TRENTON - Ensuring safety at sea will be among several topics planned for the second Fishermen's Forum. Friday and Satur day at the Cape May County Vo-Tech Career Center. Court House. The program is scheduled 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day. Sponsored by the state Department of Agriculture. New Jersey Sea Grant and the New Jersey Farm Bureau. the program will feature a trade show and discussions on state and federal fishing legislation, aquaculture (fish-farming), and the status of the state fisheries management program, according to Arthur R. Brown Jr.. state Seel retary of Agriculture. Several New Jersey legislators, including Congressman Bill Hughes, are scheduled to speak, and
