19 Percent Of Teens Alcoholics? OCEAN CITY - In Cape May County, 19 percent of children between 14 and 17 are alcoholics, according to Greg Mayer, new executive director of the county Council on Alcoholism. Mayer made the statement as part of his presentation last month to the county's Juvenile Aide Officers' Association. In his presentation of teenage drug and alcohol abuse, Mayer discussed the current work in Witdwood and Middle Township "schools by the Mental Health. Junction, and Alcohol Council programs. These programs, he said, provide intervention, training, and alternatives through community-funded student assist a nce-^pro-grams. He urged that the courts and law enforcement officers use the council as a facilitator of information and alternatives.

'85 Meets For Agency RIO GRANDE - ; Meetings for the year, to be \ held 7:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month at the Social Services Building here, have been scheduled by Cape Human Resources Inc. beginning Feb. 20. The schedule follows: March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, Aug. 21. Sept. 18, Oct. 16. Nov. 20, and Dec. 18.
